Do you price match other retailers?
Unfortunately not. We don't source products at wholesale price like other retailers do, which means we can't compete with their offers. We're always negoitating our products and where possible, we will always pass on the savings to our customers.
How do you have stock before other stores do?
By working with a variety of distributors globally we have the advantage of earlier and larger stock availability. All of our products are genuine and shipped from the UK.
How long does it take to heat up the spa?
The time taken to heat the spa will vary between the different spas and will be effected by the ambient air temperature. The pump units heat the water by approx. 1ºC – 1.5ºC an hour. To heat the water from cold can take 24-48 hours.
Does the spa come with chemicals?
No, inflatable hot tubs do not come with chemicals to keep the water sanitised. You can purchase chlorine starter kits online or from high street retailers.
How does the warranty work?
We provide all of our inflatable hot tubs with up to 2 year parts/repair warranty:
- Covers, Liner & Lid - 6 Months
- Heater Pump Unit - 12 Months
- Seals/Valves, Couplings and Mains Cable - 24 Months
This does not require you to 'register' the warranty to be covered. If you have any issues, simply contact our UK support team and we will gladly assist. You will be required to send detailed information about the potential issue and include photos and videos as requested by our aftercare team.
If your product needs to be returned to us for repair or replacement, we will arrange for a courier collection. Repair or replacement of your product will take typically 2-3 weeks depending on stock availability. If the product or component is on back-order we will advise the estimated delivery date by email.
Warranty is non-transferable.
Despite not being considered an "authorised retailer" by Wilton Bradley (UK distributor for Bestway), all spas are covered by warranty and we provide an outstanding level of aftercare.
How to make a warranty claim?
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including a detailed description of the issue, a photo of the serial number of your spa and date of purchase. We will respond to you within 3-5 working days to advise the next steps.
How often should I change the water?
This will depend on how well the water is maintained using chemicals and how often the spa is used. If you are happy that the water is clean and safe it is fine to continue to use the water, in the event that you are unsure, it is safest to change the water.
How often should I change the filters?
Filters should be cleaned after every use, using water to remove any small particles of debris. If the filters are used for too long they will change colour and deteriorate, meaning the health of the water is not being maintained effectively. Dirty filters can also cause E02 errors to appear on the pump. If you are unable to clean the filters these should be replaced.
